Hello! We’re so excited that you are joining us for our wedding weekend! It’s best to book early as places fill up fast. We have blocked rooms at the hotels listed below, so make sure you mention you are with the Dass/Schinkel wedding party in order to get the special price listed here. All hotels are easy access from I- 90/thruway and all are close to wedding venue. If you’d prefer to look for your own hotel, please feel free to do so. The wedding venue is the Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, NY so you can factor in distance/travel time. We can’t wait to see you!
Woodcliff Hotel & Spa
High end, spa & hotel, located about 15 minutes from wedding venue. It’s on a regulation 9-hole golf course so
bring your clubs! Greens fees are $15/round on the weekend.

Mariott Residence Inn
This is your typical Mariott hotel with good service and decent rooms. It’s great if you are traveling with kids. The “studio” rooms have a full kitchen, sitting area, king bed and pullout couch. The “penthouse” is a duplex with 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms and a pullout couch. It’s very close to wedding venue, just about a 5 minute drive. It’s in a safe but not very picturesque location, on busy street with lots of big chain stores, restaurants & businesses. It also has a kids pool and whirlpool outside.

Doubletree Hilton
This is a large hotel with nice rooms & good service. It’s great for kids because it has a full service restaurant with kid friendly menus and large heated indoor pool. It is located down the street from the Mariott Residence Inn, and similarly, not very picturesque. It is very convenient: right off the thruway, near malls, stores and ~2 miles from wedding venue.

Del Monte Hotel & Spa
Located in my favorite part of Rochester, in the historic village of Pittsford this hotel is pretty and in a great location, right on the Erie Canal. You have an easy 2 minute walk on the canal path to lots of cute shopping & healthy, delicious restaurants. It’s also attached to some of the best running and biking paths in town. You have access to 20+ miles of paved bike/run trails right out the door. They also have a lovely spa that is wonderful for massages & other treatments. It’s great for kids too as there are ducks to feed, bikes to rent and an indoor pool.
